SARPSBORG & PIEVE DI SOLIGO —- Compusoft, leading provider of computer-aided design (“CAD”) software to the kitchen and bathroom retail industries, backed since September 2018 by TA Associates, announced today its definitive agreement to acquire DAU S.r.l., the provider of the well-known “3CAD” products. The deal was closed on December 19, 2018. The financial terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.

No management changes are expected. David Tombre, Jussi Arovaara (Chief Commercial Officer Compusoft) and Andrea Gnoato will form the Board of Directors.
